Shanxi Datong Casting Co.,Ltd. is a corporate private enterprise founded in Feb 2023, who is located at Jincheng city, Shanxi province famous for its rich resources of pig irons, coke, steel and other industrial raw materials. In order to satisfy the overseas market, we established this Datong casting import&export company. With high quality product assurance,sweet market services, the company will become reserve force for water supply.The Factory has 35,000 square meters of modern workshop, boasts advanced production equipments and automatic production line. Intermediate frequency electric furnace and spectroscopic analyzer are purchased from abroad, the entire production line from centrifugal casting, annealing, zinc spraying to finishing and packing takes lead in China’s Casting Industry. Owned 318M3 blast furnace produces 1,000 tons high quality molten iron per day, adopting continuous casting process of blast furnace and electric furnace, carrying out GB13295 and ISO2531 to produce centrifugal casting ductile iron pipes with 15 sizes from DN80—1200mm, Annual capacity is up to 50,000 Metric tons. The products are widely applied to gas transmission, water supply and electric projects. The furnace gas is transmitted to pipe production line to get full use, which saves energy, reduces cost and environmental pollution.
